At the corner of two well traveled roads, in a charming, peaceful neighborhood, within a rapidly growing town, there sits a little plot of land. It's directly between a beautiful forest and a tract of new houses, down the road from local schools and a family owned grocery store. There's even a building exactly the right size for our dream business... and it's for sale! Sounds like the perfect spot to set up shop, right? Based on the location, the answer is "Yes!" In fact, it's fantastic! Just thinking of it is enough to inspire warm & fuzzy feelings deep within. One look at the building however, and those warm & fuzzies start to disappear. The current look is not exactly conducive to a "unique and comfortable atmosphere." In another life, this building served as a gas station/convenience store/mechanic shop. It has a good heart, but it has been corrupted by years of mistreatment and disuse. It's in extremely bad condition, both inside and out. Though it will require significant renovations to get it ready for all the fun and excitement that lies ahead, we are determined to uncover it's true potential. Take a look for yourself!
