 Our Valiant Mission We're committed to providing the community with a place to enjoy great food and beverages at reasonable prices, in a unique and comfortable atmosphere. Refusing to conform to a traditional restaurant model, we also provide custom gifts and crafts, a gallery of local artwork, specialty baked goods, live music, and seasonal activities for the whole family. Now all we need is a location. The good news: We've got our eye on a "nice" piece of real estate. The bad news: When we say "nice" we really mean "brimming with untapped potential niceness."
